Chicken Kuluyuk Recipe, a Homemade Food that is Always a Choice

Food Ingredient

  • 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 2 tsp Sugar, seasoning
  • 1 tsp Maizena Flour, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Sago Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Indofood Tomato Sauce, seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Indofood Sambal Sauce, seasoning
  • 250 grams Chicken, cut into 2x2
  • 500 milliliters Bimoli Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Happy Soya Oil


Instructions

  1. Mix chicken meat, garlic powder, cornstarch, sago flour, pepper powder, and salt. Stir well.
  2. Heat Bimoli cooking oil, fry chicken until golden brown. Lift and drain.
  3. Heat Happy Soya Oil soybean oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour water, add paprika, pineapple and all seasoning ingredients, mix well.
  5. Add cornstarch solution, stir until thickened. Add fried chicken, mix well.
  6. Remove and ready to serve.
