Have you ever been confused about choosing between Nanking Chicken, Butter Sauce Chicken or Kuluyuk Chicken when you visit a typical Chinese food restaurant? All seem delicious, but which one should be chosen depends of course on other protein choices. So that you don't get confused when you go to a restaurant, how about we make it ourselves at home? This time I will share the Kuluyuk Chicken recipe that you must try right away!
Food Ingredient
- 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, cut into pieces
- 100 milliliters Water
- 2 tsp Sugar, seasoning
- 1 tsp Maizena Flour, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, seasoning
- 1 tbsp Sago Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tablespoons Indofood Tomato Sauce, seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Indofood Sambal Sauce, seasoning
- 250 grams Chicken, cut into 2x2
- 500 milliliters Bimoli Cooking Oil
- 2 tablespoons Happy Soya Oil
Instructions
- Mix chicken meat, garlic powder, cornstarch, sago flour, pepper powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Heat Bimoli cooking oil, fry chicken until golden brown. Lift and drain.
- Heat Happy Soya Oil soybean oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Pour water, add paprika, pineapple and all seasoning ingredients, mix well.
- Add cornstarch solution, stir until thickened. Add fried chicken, mix well.
- Remove and ready to serve.
