Pengen banget bisa bikin chiffon model ini seperti ci susan buat tapi aku belum bisa rapi sama sekali 🤣🤣. Paling tidak aku udah berusaha dan rasanya ENAK! Makasih ya ci susan.

Resep Taro Chiffon Tissue Roll

Bahan A :

4 kuning telur

20 gram gula pasir

90 gram terigu kunci

10 gram susu bubuk full cream

80 ml santan instan (1 saset santan instan kemasan segitiga dikasih air sehingga total campuran keduanya 80 ml)

60 ml minyak sayur (minyak goreng masih baru)

1/2 sdt garam

1/2 sdt pasta taro (me : toffieco)

Bahan B :

4 putih telur

70 gram gula pasir

1 sdm air jeruk nipis

Butter cream by @andinskitchen :

160 gram salted butter

50 gram kental manis

1/2 sdt pasta vanila

4 sdm gula halus

Topping :

Meises ceres classic

Lama dan suhu memanggang (tiap oven bisa berbeda beda) :

Suhu 150 dercel

30 menit api bawah lanjut 25 menit api atas bawah, lalu 5 menit api atas saja
