kali ini Hel buat bolu kukus tiramisu mini, bolu nya empuk dan lembut. Cuma 2 telur bisa dapat banyak. Buat yang gak punya oven bisa di coba bolu ini.

Bolu kukus tiramisu mini

Hasil 20 pcs cetakan putu ayu segi (diameter 5.5cm)

Bahan

- telur 2 butir

- gula 100gr (suka manis bisa pakai 125gr)

- emulsifier sp / ovalet setengah sdt

- pasta vanilla setengah sdt

- garam sejumput

- tepung terigu protein sedang 125 gr

- tepung maizena 10gr

- santan 130ml (santan instan 65 ml + air 65ml)

- pasta coklat, pasta mocca secukupnya

Cara buat

- mixer bahan 1-5 hingga mengembang pucat berjejak

- masukkan terigu, maizena, santan, lalu mixer kecepatan rendah hingga tercampur saja, jangan overmix. Lanjut aduk dengan spatula pastikan sudah tercampur rata

- bagi 3 bagian, satu beri pasta coklat, satu beri pasta mocca

- tuang ke cetakan yang sudah dioles minyak

- kukus 15 menit. Kukusan sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya
