Easy salad, healthy, easy and naturally sugared. Feeds a crowd and ideal for any occasion. salad that's terribly easy to form, with the simplest citrus minty dressing. Naturally sugared with honey and sugar from the fruits. this can be a gaggle party favorite healthy and lightweight dish. better part is, it's a simple direction.

Fruit salad has been perpetually a favourite on behalf of me since i used to be a touch child. once I was growing up, strawberries we have a tendency tore the sole berries we knew. Blueberries, blackberries and such weren't common in Egypt in the past and that i believe still not that common. My mater is a fanatical fruit lover, thus we'd perpetually have salad reception even on the best type bananas and strawberries.
In winter, my mater wont to create a salad from bananas, strawberries and oranges. In summer she would add mangoes and in some occasions diced apples further. thus this can be my reasonably salad, luscious, sweet then refreshing. sometimes fruit salads are sensible for 3-5 days cold. I realize this salad sensible for three days at that time the fruits lose their crispness and become bland.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 (454g) Bananas
- 2 medium oranges peeled and cut.
- 1 (16 oz/ 454g) container Strawberries.
- 1 pound (454g) diced Mangos.
- 2 cups (300g) Grapes.
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) orange juice.
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1-2 Tablespoons honey.
- 1 Tablespoons mint leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat, bring sauce ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce is infused by the mint leaves. Turn heat off and strain.Set aside to cool down.
- In a deep bowl, layer the fruits making sure to put the banana slices at the bottom topped with oranges if using then the rest of your fruits in any given order. Note3
- Pour the sauce over, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Toss and serve with more sauce on the side if desired.
