INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 pound bacon, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large frying pan, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside.
- Over medium heat, add onion to the bacon drippings, and fry until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the rice to combine. Then add the water or broth, tomatoes, celery, bacon, hot sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour rice mixture into a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for one hour. Remove from oven, fluff rice with a fork and serve!
