Spicy BBQ Grilled Steak

- 1/2 finely chopped jalepeno pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Combine ingredients 2-9 in a mixing bowl and blend.
- Place the steak and the combined ingredients in a freezer bag.
- Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
- Pre-heat grill on medium-high.
- Cook steak for 8-12 minutes, flipping as often as you'd like. Once it's done to your liking, remove from the grill and let it rest.
- While the steak rests, in a small sauce pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the jalepeno, peppers, and onions and cook for a few minutes until they are a bit tender.
- Add all of the other ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
- Slice steak against the grain and top with the sauce.
